Our mission

Weather and age wear New York's buildings down, and the city's façade rules put a deadline on the repairs. Our job is to keep those buildings sound, and to get each building from a FISP report to a Safe filing with the sidewalk shed down as soon as the work allows.

We take on the whole building: the façade, the parapet, the roof, the steel behind the brick, the sidewalk out front and the lobby inside. We plan the work around your filing deadlines and build it to your engineer's and architect's details. Then we document it the way your QEWI needs it for the filing. Residents, tenants and the public stay protected while the work goes on.

We hold our own New York City Department of Buildings Special Rigger license, and we're certified MWBE by New York State and by New York City.

We work closely with the architects and engineers who design and inspect each building, in all five boroughs and on Long Island. One project lead stays with your building from the first walk-through to close-out.
